Ideas for using these Top 10 Essential Oils

Diffuser Blends

Diffuse up to 5 drops for a small room or 10 drops for a large room

  • Relaxation: Diffuse any combination of Lavender, Frankincense or Lemon. I personally love Lavender and Frankincense!

  • Immune Support: Diffuse any combination of On Guard, Tea Tree, Lemon, Oregano or Frankincense. I personally love On Guard and Lemon or Tea Tree and Lemon!

  • Respiratory Support: Diffuse any combination of Easy Air, Frankincense, Tea Tree, On Guard, Peppermint or Lemon. I personally love Easy Air and Lemon!

  • Uplifting: Diffuse any combination of Peppermint, Lemon and Frankincense. I personally love Peppermint and Lemon!


Rollerball Blends

Add to a 5 or 10ml rollerball bottle and top with fractionated coconut oil. The number of drops listed here are for an adult strength dilution. If you have sensitive skin or are making this for someone younger, ensure you follow the dilution guidelines in this essential oils safety post.

  • Skin Support: 8 drops Frankincense and 4 drops Lavender

  • Hand Sanitizer: 6 drops of On Guard and 6 drops of Lemon or Tea Tree

  • Immune Support: 3 drops of Lemon, 3 drops of Tea Tree, 3 drops of On Guard and 3 drops of Frankincense

  • Tummy Support: 6 drops DigestZen and 6 drops of Peppermint
